PTG Pricelist Agent

PTG Pricelist Agent is a Windows application used by Prime Trading Group for an authorized vendor-sourcing workflow. It connects to Gmail accounts only after the account holder authorizes access.

Purpose: identify vendor pricelist attachments in authorized Gmail accounts and save the original files into a folder selected by the operator.

Google access

The application requests Gmail read-only access so it can confirm the signed-in account, search messages containing attachments, retrieve qualifying messages and attachments, identify vendor pricelists, detect duplicates, and save original files. It does not send email, delete messages, change labels, or mark messages as read.

Data handling

Downloaded files and audit records are stored under the operator's control. Local application storage may contain OAuth tokens, processing records, checkpoints, and run summaries. If the operator chooses a OneDrive-synchronized or other cloud-synchronized folder, that storage provider may also process the downloaded files.
