This Privacy Policy explains how Prime Trading Group ("Prime Trading Group," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with primetradinggrp.com, the Perfume Heaven retail and wholesale business, and the PTG Pricelist Agent Windows application.

Information you provide to us

We may collect information you choose to provide through our website or business interactions, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, business address, reseller information, product requests, order or inquiry details, and files you voluntarily upload such as resale certificates or fragrance reference images.

Website usage, analytics, and cookies

We may use cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website, measure page views and interactions, improve site performance, and evaluate marketing or local-search activity. The website may also record technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate location derived from network information, and IP address as part of normal hosting, security, and analytics operations.

How we use website and business information

We use information to respond to customer inquiries, provide local pickup information, evaluate wholesale applications, process fragrance sourcing requests, provide requested services, prevent fraud or abuse, improve our website and operations, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about a request or business relationship.

PTG Pricelist Agent and Google user data

PTG Pricelist Agent is a Windows application operated by Prime Trading Group for authorized business use. Its purpose is to identify vendor pricelist attachments in connected Gmail accounts and save original attachments into a folder selected by the authorized operator.

The agent uses Gmail read-only access. After an account holder authorizes access, it may use the Gmail API to confirm the signed-in account, search messages with attachments, and retrieve message and attachment data needed for the pricelist workflow. Data accessible through the authorized Gmail scope may include senders, recipients, subject lines, message bodies, dates, message identifiers, labels, attachment filenames, and attachment contents.

The agent uses sender addresses, subjects, filenames, file types, message identifiers, and attachment data to identify candidate vendor pricelists, route files to vendor folders, detect duplicates, save original attachments, and record processing results. The application does not send email, delete email, change Gmail labels, or mark messages as read. It does not automatically update the Prime Trading Group Master Pricelist.

Storage of PTG Pricelist Agent data

Downloaded attachments and the CSV audit log are stored in the folder selected by the operator. The audit log may include the source account, sender, subject, message identifier, receipt time, original filename, vendor, file hash, saved path, and processing status. Local application storage may hold OAuth authorization tokens, download records, account processing checkpoints, and run summaries.

If the selected folder is synchronized with Microsoft OneDrive or another storage provider, that provider may process and store the files according to the operator's account configuration and the provider's own terms and privacy practices.

How Google user data is shared

Prime Trading Group does not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, transmit Google user data to an AI model, or use Google user data to train AI models. Google user data is used only for the functionality described above. It may be processed by Google to provide authentication and Gmail API access, by a storage provider selected by the operator when synchronization is enabled, by authorized Prime Trading Group personnel who need the information for the intended sourcing workflow, or when disclosure is legally required.

Google Limited Use commitment

PTG Pricelist Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and applicable Google Workspace developer policies.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our operations. Google authorization and Gmail API requests use HTTPS, and OAuth is used instead of collecting Google account passwords. OAuth tokens are stored locally on the authorized Windows computer. The application does not separately encrypt local token files or downloaded pricelist files, so operators should use appropriate Windows permissions, device security, disk encryption, and storage-account protections.

Retention and deletion

Website and business records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, for legitimate business needs, or as required by law. PTG Pricelist Agent downloaded files, audit records, and local application data are retained until the authorized operator deletes them; the current application does not impose an automatic retention period.

To stop future Google access, an account holder can revoke the application's authorization through Google Account connections. Revoking access stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete files that were previously downloaded. To remove retained agent data, the operator should delete saved attachments and audit logs from the selected folder and remove the application's local tokens, database, and run summaries. Synced copies, backups, recycle bins, and shared copies must be handled separately in the relevant storage service.

Third-party services and links

Our website and applications may link to or use services operated by third parties, including Google, Microsoft, Netlify, social platforms, analytics providers, and other services selected by us or by an authorized operator. Those third parties process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Children's privacy

Our website, wholesale services, and PTG Pricelist Agent are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through these services.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, website, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
