These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of primetradinggrp.com, services offered under the Perfume Heaven brand, and the PTG Pricelist Agent application operated by Prime Trading Group. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.

Business identity

Perfume Heaven is a customer-facing fragrance brand operated by Prime Trading Group. Prime Trading Group provides retail, wholesale, sourcing, local pickup, and related fragrance services. Product selection, pricing, inventory, and services may change without notice.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes. You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, submit fraudulent information, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that disrupts its operation, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Product information, pricing, and availability

We try to keep product descriptions, pricing, images, and availability accurate, but errors and changes can occur. Product images may be representative. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it is currently in stock. Call ahead when availability is time-sensitive. Wholesale pricing, minimums, quantities, and account terms may vary by product and customer.

Retail, wholesale, pickup, returns, and cancellations

Retail purchases, wholesale transactions, pickup arrangements, returns, and cancellations are also subject to any applicable policies published on this website or provided with the transaction. Wholesale applications are subject to approval, and submitting an application does not guarantee wholesale access, pricing, credit terms, or product allocation.

User submissions and communications

When you submit information through a contact, wholesale, sourcing, or other request, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it. You agree that we may contact you about the request or business relationship using the contact information you provide.

PTG Pricelist Agent

PTG Pricelist Agent is intended for authorized Prime Trading Group business use. A user must have authority to connect any Google account used with the application. By authorizing Google access, the account holder directs the application to use the approved Gmail permissions for the vendor-pricelist workflow described in our Privacy Policy.

The agent uses read-only Gmail access and is designed to identify and download qualifying vendor pricelist attachments. It does not send email, delete messages, change labels, or mark messages as read. Users are responsible for protecting the Windows computer, OAuth tokens, selected download folders, synchronized storage accounts, and any exported files.

Third-party services

Our services may rely on third-party providers, including Google, Microsoft, website hosting providers, analytics services, social platforms, and other providers. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their applicable terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Intellectual property

Except for third-party trademarks, product imagery, and materials owned by their respective rights holders, the website's original layout, text, software, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Prime Trading Group and may not be copied or exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and PTG Pricelist Agent are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, continuous availability, or that a downloaded vendor file is accurate, complete, current, or free from issues originating with the sender.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prime Trading Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or PTG Pricelist Agent. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
